New Spirits Of The Valley

Thanks to a relaxation of state liquor laws that have been in place since the 1920s, craft spirits are finally getting their due.

Following in the footsteps of microbreweries and wineries, small distilleries across Pennsylvania are cooking up batches of booze that are equal parts inspiration, innovation and experimentation.

In the Lehigh Valley region alone, two have already set up shop, and a third is on the way.
